A virtual intensive for your team to prepare for bargaining

In response to employer demand, we have developed a new one-day in-house Virtual workshop for managers and negotiating teams. Based on our highly regarded 2-day EA Negotiations: The Essential steps for Business Professionals workshop, we now offer EA teams an online practical, step-by-step guide for hassle-free and efficient negotiating. 

We show you how to build your strategy and business case and conduct the negotiations through to finalisation and implementation. Given the ever-changing business environment, our focus is firmly on improving labour flexibility, people relationships and ending with value-add agreements. Practising negotiators facilitate the session live and guide you through the process.


Delivered virtually either in two half-day sessions or four two hour sessions 

Session 1: Building a negotiating team incl team analysis; agreement making the Fair Work way. 
Session 2: Business case development design, claims development, power and risk analysis 
Session 3: Pre-negotiation dialogue, claims finalisation, claims strategy, exchanging claims
Session 4: Negotiating encounter, tactics, closure and post negotiation actions

The sessions include Theory, experience-based insights and anecdotes, applied case studies, bespoke advice/guidance to assist for EA preparation.

There is some flexibility to tailor session content around the needs of the client. Each attendee receives a high-quality workbook.
